  • 2 Tbsp Sugar: To balance out acidity.

  • Staging: Pat fish dry with a towel.

  • Bake: Once oven is ready place fish in the oven and bake for 8-12 minutes or until fish is flaky.

  • Final Touch: Remove fish from the oven with a spatula, squeeze fresh lemon on top
