At Peeler's Wild Alaska Seafood, we're committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality seafood straight from Alaska's waters to your doorstep. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, no matter where you are.

Our Freezing Process

• All our seafood is flash-frozen immediately after processing in Alaska.
• This locks in freshness and flavor before it's shipped to our cold storage in Montana.
• Keep your seafood frozen for as long as you need - it will maintain its exceptional quality when you're ready to thaw and enjoy.
  

Packaging

• We use insulated boxes packed with dry ice to keep your seafood frozen and fresh during transit.
• Our packaging is designed to keep your order frozen for up to 3 days of transit time, with some extra margin for peace of mind.

Order Fulfillment Schedule

• Please allow for a 2 business-day processing time after placing your order.
• We ship orders Monday through Wednesday only to ensure proper delivery.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
  

Shipping Methods

• Customers in MT, ID, WY, ND, OR, WA, and UT may select UPS Ground for up to 3-day shipping.
• Customers in all other states must select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air to ensure timely delivery.
• You can see your estimated delivery date at checkout after entering your shipping address.

• We require a phone number with your shipping address for delivery purposes.
• You will receive shipping tracking information upon fulfillment of your order.
• You can choose to receive tracking notifications via text or email.
