- Fresh Herb Mix: 2 tablespoons (any combination of mint, chives, parsley, dill, or tarragon).

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients
- Peel the prawns and set them aside.
- Grate the garlic, finely mince the shallot, and chop the herbs.
